PAYMENTS

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Your order begins processing the moment it is placed and is updated in 1 to 10 business days.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?

Unlike other websites, here at calistajewellery.com we offer free shipping if you place an order above £50. 

The price of standard shipping for countries in the rest of the world, including the US, Canada, Australia and countries in Europe, has a cost of £9.95.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE?

Due to the high demand for our products, shipments by Standard Shipping in Europe currently take  approximately 8 to 15 business days  once it leaves the warehouse, and it may take a maximum of 45 business days in some cases of lack of Stock or delay on the part of transport agencies. Our international warehouse is located in China, so the delivery time may be a little longer than usual. 

You will receive a notice from Calista Jewellery 12 hours before you go to receive your order at home. Also, you can know the estimated delivery dates of your order in this link .

Remember that they usually place your order in the mailbox due to the small size of the package.

For countries in the rest of the world, they have a delivery time of between 14 and 39 working days, depending on the destination country and the same shipping options are available as in the United Kingdom.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Every so often, you receive an email from Calista Jewellery and / or SMS informing you of the delivery status of the products in your order. In addition, entering your client area or through any of the emails and sms that you receive from Calista Jewellery. 

Typically, the shipment is automatically updated and notified within 2-7 business days of physically leaving the warehouse.

HOW ARE THE ORDERS SENT?

Your items are sent through the local delivery company. Generally, each product comes in its own separate package, so you can receive multiple shipments from the same order. 

ARE THE SHIPMENTS SAFE?

Shipments are treated according to the WHO (World Health Organization) safety instructions, so you do not have to worry. In addition, the long minimum delivery time of 2 weeks, ensures that your package arrives completely healthy and in perfect condition. use at the door of your home.

PRODUCT

DO THESE PRODUCTS DETERIORATE WITH USE?

Cubic zirconia products, like silver or gold plated products, DO NOT spoil with use or bath with water or sweat because they are hypoallergenic and very resistant materials.

We guarantee the quality of all our products with a replacement guarantee of 30 days from when you receive the item. So we recommend you use it and bathe with it to check its quality (except in the case of watches that are not waterproof).

In the case of steel-plated products, we do not recommend bathing with water. Anyway, you still have a replacement guarantee of 30 days from receipt.

CAN I CHANGE THE DATE / ADDRESS / TIME OF DELIVERY AFTER SENDING MY ORDER?

It is possible to change the delivery date, address or time if you, as soon as your order reaches your nearest Post Office, and is notified by email as "order completed", contact them by phone and verify the time / address desired delivery along with its tracking code.

RETURNS

In order to make an exchange, your item must be unused in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging .

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE DAMAGED ORDER, WITHIN A PERIOD GREATER THAN A MAXIMUM OF 45 BUSINESS DAYS, OR INCORRECT?

Please write to us by sending a message  to contact or contact@calistajewellery.com describing your case and / or attaching a photograph of the defect or damage to the product along with your order number. We will solve your problem as soon as possible.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS LIKE?

Returns can take up to 14 business days from when we receive the product in our warehouse and check its status. 

WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?

All returns are made using the same method of payment that you used. Once the refund has been processed, within 7 to 18 working days you should have it in your bank account or PayPal account. Please contact your payment provider if you cannot identify the amount of your return. A subscription may appear by CALISTA JEWELLERY.
